Shipping policy

Orders are processed and shipped from Washington, DC. Our processing times range between 1 to 3 business days after the order is placed. We offer a standard shipping rate of $10 with an estimated time frame of 5 to 7 business days. A priority shipping rate of $12 with an estimated time frame of 3 to 5 business days. Expedited shipping rate of $30 with an estimated time frame of 2 to 3 business days. Should you need overnight shipping, we ask that you contact us at hello@wellrounded-shop.com.

Please note that transit times are provided by the carrier and vary with package destination. Please be aware that transit days are estimates only, and may vary depending on the carrier. Shipping costs are determined by the weight and size of the items purchased, the method of shipping chosen, and the destination address. 

Should an item arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hrs of arrival so that a refund can be arranged with the carrier.
